We are an online networking group focusing on growing businesses, alongside balancing our wellbeing (we meet monthly on Zoom) and we hold other events throughout the year in Essex.

Running your own business can be lonely at times and being in The Village gives you incredible support, and other business owners to bounce your ideas off in a safe environment with people who totally 'get it'.
Your Membership Includes:

1. Monthly Meetings
Meetings are 7.30-9.00pm on Zoom on the first Thursday of every month (our trainings are recorded so you can always catch up).
We alternate between training from an expert speaker and our ‘go with the flow’ networking where we connect and collaborate with other members.
Each meeting ends with 'The Switch Off' which is a 5 minute relaxation to give you a little down time & head space.

2. Facebook Community
Our Members gain access to our Facebook Community alongside our other members.
Being part of a group of business owners that ‘get it’ is invaluable to our Members. This is an opportunity to support each other, share your latest offerings and collaborate.

3. Members Area
Our Members Area is an exclusive training portal with over 20 hours of learning from inspirational business owners.
Our trainings cover business topics such as social media, branding, blogging & email marketing. Plus inspirational talks on mindset, wellbeing & organising your life!
We have new trainings launching into the members area bi-monthly & it’s a space you can watch back or catch up if you can’t make the live meetings.

Our Members Directory is where we showcase our amazing Member’s businesses!

Our Members Directory is split into Pregnancy Services, New Parent Services, Self Care Services & Business Owner Services. We are about collaboration over competition so we welcome any business - even if we already have someone who has a similar business!

5. Ticketed Extras
We also hold events throughout the year across Essex, including coffee mornings and brunches (we are a fan of Bills in Chelmsford!).
Feedback from our events has been that these are the best networking events people have experienced!
Our members get early access and member prices to our events (which are also open to non-members).

6. Your Business Audit
When you join The Village you get a Business Audit Session with Jen Lister (The Business Strategy Coach) & Linda McNeill (Bun In The Oven Birthing).
Our members find these sessions SO valuable! It gives you the opportunity to be ON the business (as opposed to IN it), and we get really clear on your goals and share valuable business advice that will make an impact on your business.
We give our members the tools to grow a thriving business sustainably while still prioritising your own health and wellbeing. Our monthly meetings on Zoom provide a space for our members to share more than just business, and truly support each other.

Who Heads Up the village?
Meet Jen and Linda…
Linda set up The Village during the pandemic to provide a space for business owners to get some sanity and support through a difficult time.
For 2022 Jen came on board and a beautiful collaboration was born!
We have had a great few years, with our members learning so much (from web design to branding to self love and so much more) and some great events too.
We are so excited to watch our members expand, grow and collaborate and we love being on this journey with you!

Monthly Membership
We want The Village to stand out as an incredible networking group that is affordable to our members. As a result, our membership is monthly and £18 per month.
This includes your monthly live meetings on Zoom and access to our Facebook Community. Plus access to The Training Village (with so many amazing business trainings), and your business featured in our Members Directory. Membership also gives you early access to our ticketed events located in Essex - co-working, workshops, brunches and more. Plus when you join you get a Business Audit session with Linda & Jen!
